At novafinds, we offer free and insured shipping on every order to Europe and Canada.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Europe and Canada.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not offer shipping to that location.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped and the supplier provides a tracking number, we will send you the tracking information by email.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after it has been provided, as carriers may take a few days to display tracking activity.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

All orders include insured shipping.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the situation.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, depending on product availability and supplier fulfillment. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times.
