Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer, supplier, or any address without contacting us first. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Please note that international return shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered.

To help us evaluate the issue, please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, and used or damaged items that are not in their original condition.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, gift cards, or final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to contact us first.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
